AIM's Objectives

2026 Competition Goal

Place in the Top 25 of EUCS Open Rankings.
Compete for EUCF Qualification.

AIM has split its objectives into Competition and Team Objectives.

AIM's Leadership is dedicated to providing open and honest communication so that everyone involved knows exactly where the team is headed.

2027 Competition Goal

Place in the Top 20 of EUCS Open Rankings.
Compete for EUCF Qualification.

2028 Competition Goal

Place in the Top 16 of EUCS Open Rankings.
Qualify for EUCF.

Team Objective #1

90% of rostered athletes competing at EUCF-level by 2028 by supporting athlete growth with US-like training and coaches.

Team Objective #2

90% yearly core roster retention rate by building a culture of honesty and peer-to-peer learning among players and staff.

Team Objective #3

Increase roster to at least 40 athletes by 2028 by attracting new players through consistent growth and feedback chances.
